4|>lay is a media-powered venture-building platform embedded in Africa’s business schools. We help founders build, connect talent and mentors, and turn pitch nights into lasting stories.
How do I join?+−
Start at Sign up / verify email, then apply as a founder, talent, mentor, or school. Once you’ve applied with an email, use the matching portal login to return with a magic link.
What is a magic login link?+−
Portal access is passwordless. Enter the email you applied with; we email a one-time link. Optional Remember me keeps you signed in longer after you verify that link.
What happens at business school events?+−
Cohorts typically open with a Launch theme (fireside / applications) and move into Pitch nights at partner schools — with gallery, video, and media coverage from the studio.
How are ventures selected to pitch?+−
Founders apply through the portal. The studio assesses GTM and traction through check-ins and documentation. Investment-ready ventures may be selected for a school pitch event.
Can schools or sponsors host with you?+−
Yes. School signup creates a Studio Admin path to manage a cohort. Sponsors partner through the media layer for distribution-ready story — reach us via Email us in the footer.
Where do I find jobs?+−
Open Jobs in the nav or footer for studio and venture roles. Apply with the same email you’ll use for portal access.
